Job description

Offshore project management

• ・Make timely suggestions and implementation to make the project go smoothly and be a bridge to communicate with customers
• ・Implementation of work support for expansion and stabilization of the project (Work explanation, design follow-up, and deliverable review as a substitute for Japanese members)
• ・Manage risk, build team, handle incident, manage progress with PM and BrSE
• ・Other operations related to the company’s business

Skill

• ・More than 1 year of account sales experience in the IT industry
• ・Have more than 1 years of experience in system design, deploy projects in java or .NET
• ・More than 1 year of sub-leader/leader experience in a team of 5 or more people
• ※Mainly communicate by Japan

Prority

• ・People who have the ability to detect and solve problems, take specific actions to improve processes and work.
• ・People who can work long-term in Hanoi

Salary

• ・2400USD～3600USD Gross（※ based on exeprience and capacity））
• ・Consider to increase salary and appointment to higher positions depending on capacity (3600-4400USD).
