ENTERPRISE

・Unused scans expire at contract end
・Plan changes are not allowed during the contract period

Plans are one-year contracts (annual lump-sum payment).

Unused scans cannot be carried over to the next year.

Plan changes are not allowed during the contract period and can only be made at renewal.

Security and Terms of Use

OCR reading uses Google AI services and information management complies with Google’s policies.
Uploaded image data and processed text information are promptly deleted after processing is completed.
User data is never used for training or provided to third parties.
Requires a Kintone Standard License (cybozu.com) or Professional License (kintone.com).
Available on a per-subdomain basis for Kintone.
System environment follows Kintone requirements and supports mobile input.
