Compatible with various production models including MRP operations and make-to-order manufacturing.
Vietnamese Language Support
By registering a caption dictionary, the system supports multiple languages. All screen and report titles can be customized to match your business terminology and preferred language. Each operator can select their own language, allowing both Japanese managers and Vietnamese staff to operate the system in their preferred language.
User-Friendly Interface
The system uses icon-based design for intuitive and simple operation, making it easy for local staff to use.
Multi-Currency Support
You can configure and manage decimal precision for unit prices and amounts per currency in the master settings.
Unit prices and amounts can be displayed up to four decimal places. Rounding is handled based on the value at the fifth decimal place.
Exchange Rate Support
You can input reserved exchange rates at the time of Sales Order or Purchase Order. Each transaction—Sales Order, Shipping, Purchase Order, and Receipt—records the applicable exchange rate.
Tax Calculation Support
Tax rate classifications can be set per item. Sales and purchase data can record multiple tax rates and amounts.
International Trade Document Support
Supports various international trade documents required for overseas transactions. Easily output INVOICE, CREDIT NOTE, DEBIT NOTE, DELIVERY NOTE, and more.
Global EDI Production Management
By integrating with cloud-based EDI services, you can manage the entire supply chain. When used with EX Corporation’s cloud EDI service EXtelligence EDIFAS, the system supports the UN/CEFACT standard EDI format, enabling smooth procurement data exchange with global partners.
